Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact
📸 Unboxing video or clear photos are mandatory for verification.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- 1 gm gold-plated jewellery (for hygiene & safety reasons), unless damaged or incorrect
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Color or design variation due to lighting or screen resolution

Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the mistake is from our side
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues in kurtis, subject to stock availability
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is from our side
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
