Refund Policy

At House of Pallavika, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact

📸 Unboxing video or clear photos are mandatory for verification.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • 1 gm gold-plated jewellery (for hygiene & safety reasons), unless damaged or incorrect
  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items
  • Color or design variation due to lighting or screen resolution

How to Request a Refund or Return

Please contact us with your order details:

Include:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return/refund
  • Photos or unboxing video (mandatory)

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.


Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the mistake is from our side

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues in kurtis, subject to stock availability
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is from our side

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
